We currently have full -time and part-time opportunities in retail and catering here at the park available to start immediately.

What we are looking for:

  • Enthusiastic individuals with excellent customer care and communication skills to join our busy guest services team.

  • As a guest services assistant you will be integral in making sure each customer has an experience they'll remember here at the park; whether it's providing them with a warm welcome or processing payments at the till, you will need to have a professional and friendly attitude.

  • Individuals will need to be adaptable; able to drive customer sales, operate tills, deal with customer queries and phone calls and provide support to other areas of the park where needed.

  • The ability to deliver high levels of cleanliness throughout the park.

  • Due to the nature of our business, availability throughout school holidays and half-terms is essential.

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced retail environment would be beneficial, though not essential.

Walkthrough Guide

We’re looking for an outstanding communicator who shares our passion and enthusiasm for the natural world to work as a Walkthrough Guide here at Peak Wildlife Park.

As a Walkthrough Guide, you will be responsible for engaging with the thousands of customers who come to the park over the summer months. As well as this, you’ll be tasked with ensuring walkthroughs are kept clean and tidy, as well as supporting our animal keeping team with their daily tasks. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in customer facing roles as well as a background in animal management or biological science. 

This is a seasonal role running up until September 2019, and we are looking for candidates to start immediately.
