  • We are located in the Staffordshire Peak District on the edge of the National Park - just 20 miles from both Derby and Stoke on Trent!

  • We specialise in walkthrough experiences where you can walk into the animal habitats.

    We are also one of three wildlife parks in the UK home to three polar bears, Hope and her cubs Nanook & Noori.

  • We do not have any mobility scooters but we do have wheelchairs available to borrow for free. Please call 01538 308 880 or email info@peakwildifepark.co.uk in advance if you would like to book one.

  • Yes, we have a cafe offering a wide range of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and sumptuous stone-baked pizzas to help you on your journey. We also sell vegan friendly pizzas, sandwiches and cakes, hold gluten free product and have milk alternatives for your hot drinks.

  • We take cash and card at our main entrance gate, cafe and all retail outlets. There is no cash point on site.

  • Picnics are allowed in the park in our outside areas and in the family room.

  • Baby change facilities are available in the ladies toilets, disabled toilets and in our baby change rooms next to the family room.

GENERAL

TICKETS

  • All our ticket prices can be found on our ticket information page. You can also find information on our Annual Passes here.

  • Yes, disabled visitors may admit one accompanying registered carer free of charge when they purchase a full price adult or child ticket. Additional carers are required to pay the concession admission price. Proof of entitlement must be provided at point of admission (accepted forms of proof include: DWP or DLA Letter, PIP Letter, Staff Company ID Badge).

  • We are unable to offer refunds for ticket purchases as per our ticket T&Cs, but we recognise that plans can change. If you need to adjust your booking, you can reschedule it through our website. If you've already created an online account during checkout, simply log in. If you didn't create an account, you can easily do so using the same email address as your original purchase. After signing in, go to 'my bookings' and click on the reschedule option. Please note that rescheduling is only possible before your scheduled booking date. Unfortunately, if your booking has already passed, rescheduling won't be possible. Additionally, there's a rescheduling fee of £1.95

  • Your chosen time slot represents your entry time to the park. Upon arrival, you're welcome to enjoy the park's facilities at your leisure until our closing time.

  • Our Annual memberships are non transferable, with each membership being assigned to a single individual. If your family or friends are looking to visit the park they can purchase their own membership or buy a single day entry ticket which can be found on the ‘Book Now’ button above.

  • If you've purchased your membership online, you will receive it in the form of digital membership. You will create an online account at the time of purchase, this account will enable to you access your new digital membership(s).

    You are able to pick the start date of you membership during the online checkout process. This date must be within three months of purchase.

  • If you are struggling to find or create your online membership you can still visit the park, but you will need to bring a form of ID with you so we can find you on our system. Once we have validated your membership we can assist you with the account set-up or issue you a physical membership card for £2.95.

  • Our Annual Pass allows completely UNLIMITED visits to the park from the date of your first visit.

  • No, our Indoor Play is completely free of charge for both Annual Pass and Day Ticket holders.

  • To receive discount on selected products in the shop and cafe, you will need to show your valid membership to the member of staff at the counter. Without your membership QR code we will not be able to issue any membership discounts in the shop or catering outlets.

  • Your digital membership will be saved in your online account with us. After you buy a membership, we'll send you an email to confirm. In that email, you can either create a new account or log in if you already have one. Once you're signed up, just go to 'membership details' and add your pass to your phone's wallet or take a screenshot of the QR code.

  • To renew your membership, simply use your online account. Just ensure you renew it prior to your card's expiry date. On the membership details page, you'll spot the 'renew' button. If your pass has expired, don't worry, our ticket office team will be happy to sort this on your next visit.

  • For those who've bought online tickets, upgrading is easy through our website. Just log in to your online account and click on the "upgrade" option next to your booking. In case you didn't set up an account during checkout, you can do so using the same email address used for purchase. If you don't see the upgrade button or if you've bought tickets on-site, our ticket office team will gladly assist you. Remember, this can only be done on the day of your booking.

  • If you have to access a membership for someone who won't isn’t within your online account, you can easily do so by taking a screenshot of the required QR code and sending it on. If you'll need to do this often, you can also add a pass to another person's account by connecting their membership. To do this, you'll just need the membership card number and the last name of the person you want to link to your account. This can be done through our website or at the park upon request.

  • Yes, the park has a training programme and takes work experience students throughout the year. Please email learn@peakwildlifepark.co.uk with a CV and cover letter detailing your request.
